The Security Industry Authority (SIA)

The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is the organisation responsible for regulating the private security industry, this includes holding customer keys whilst carrying out work on their premises. If anyone continues to work without a licence they will be committing a criminal offence, punishable on conviction by a fine of up to £5,000 or 6 months imprisonment or both. So you can be rest assured that when you hand over your keys, you are handing them to someone who has been independently vetted and licenced.

Our usually timid Molly gave Debbie a sniff of approval the very first time they met.

This is really unusual for Molly who usually hides away when a new person walks into our home!!

This left me with a really great feeling that our beloved Molly would be in very safe hands, with Debbie, while we were away.
