The Security Industry Authority (SIA)

The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is the organisation responsible for regulating the private security industry, this includes holding customer keys whilst carrying out work on their premises. If anyone continues to work without a licence they will be committing a criminal offence, punishable on conviction by a fine of up to £5,000 or 6 months imprisonment or both. Further information can be found on The Security Industry Authority website.

We are pleased to confirm that Crawley Cats at Home has now completed the registration process and undergone the necessary checks, and a licence has now been issued. You can check the licence details by visiting Register of Licence Holders and entering the licence number of 1043313396905702. So you can be rest assured that when you hand over your keys, you are handing them to someone who has been independently vetted and licenced.

Samson
Samson

We had been hesitant about leaving Samson in a cattery as we know he would have hated being taken out of his own environment. So when we found out about Crawley Cats at Home, it seemed like the perfect solution.

The text messages we received from Debbie whilst we were away were brilliant - it eased the guilt and it was clear that she had got to know Samson well, including all of his strange and quirky habits! It was also very reassuring to get regular updates on his antics!

We arrived home to a very happy and healthy Samson - he had obviously been well looked after and entertained.

We were thoroughly impressed with Debbie's professional, friendly and caring approach. We have already asked her back to look after Samson when we next go away.

We would highly recommend Debbie and Crawley Cats at Home to anyone.

Thank you!
