Firstly we would like to thank you so much for taking such good care of Belle whilst we went away. As you know, she can be a very timid cat, so we thought the 5+ hour car ride to our family's home would be too stressful for her. At the same time, I didn’t feel comfortable asking a friend to come and feed her every day over the Christmas period. That’s when I found your site, and it seemed like the perfect solution, having someone you can rely on to come and visit your cat every day, whilst the cat gets to stay in the comfort of their own home. Knowing you were taking care of Belle really put my mind at rest, and the text updates are a great idea. We also want to thank you for bringing our parcel inside (that the naughty courier had just dumped in our garden). Without you, my late Christmas present could have been stolen or ruined in the rain. Lastly, leaving us a small carton of milk in the fridge for our return was a very kind gesture! Although Belle was very happy to have us home, she was very content and you could tell she had been well looked after and we will definitely be using your services again for our holidays next year.
