We really appreciate the service from Crawley Cats at Home. It was always a problem for us leaving our cats in a cattery, as it meant leaving them caged and in unfamiliar surroundings. Getting married abroad and trying to work out where to put our cats, or wondering who we could get to look after them, was a big worry for us - until we met Debbie!! The website was very easy to use with lots of information on there that answered all our questions. To then read all Debbie’s customer comments about her service was a real clincher for us. To be honest, we were naturally worried about leaving not only our three cats with a stranger, but our home too - we didn’t worry for long - after meeting Debbie for our consultation, she took away all our concerns!! The service provided by Debbie, was excellent in every way!!! It is so much better than a cattery, more personal. Debbie was very approachable and Pixie who is a little bit nervous and usually hides upstairs, took an instant liking to Debbie and they got on famously. It was such a relief to know Sassy & Princess were being well looked after in their home environment, without them being restricted to a cage - you know how they like to run around!! Leo had been very ill just before we were due to go away, so we were worried about leaving him. After meeting Debbie, we felt a lot better and relaxed about going away, knowing that he would receive his tablets as required and be well looked after. Receiving the regular text messages confirming that both our cats were fine helped us enjoy our holiday even more. In the past when we have returned home after being away, Joia and Leo have seemed to be a bit nervous, around us, but this time they were both happy and very affectionate towards us, which we put down to them being taken good care of, in our absence. As we own one cat with a broken pelvis, and two feral cats, we were quite anxious about their care, when embarking on a trip to Australia for a month, to visit our daughter, who is now living there. We were not keen on putting them in a cattery, so we chose Crawley Cats at Home from the Yellow Pages. On our return we found three very happy, contented cats and the house as we left it, very clean and tidy. We can highly recommend Crawley Cats at Home to anyone, who cares about the welfare of their cats and we will not hesitate to use them again in the future, it was well worth every penny!! This was the first time I had left my boys Basil & Nelson alone, so naturally I was worried. Debbie completely put my mind at rest and it was obvious, when I got home that they had been very well cared for. Debbie’s daily text messages were so reassuring. There was a power cut whilst I was away and Debbie took so much time and trouble to sort it out and ensure the power was reinstated.
